目的本研究立足肺肾相关理论,以肌注氢化可的松建立肾阳虚大鼠模型,并给予右归胶囊进行干预,以血管紧张素系统AngⅡ、AT1R指标探讨温补肾养法及肾阳虚对"肺朝百脉"的影响。方法健康雄性SD大鼠60只,随机分为对照组、模型组、干预组,对照组不造模,生理盐水灌胃;模型组造模,生理盐水灌胃;干预组造模,右归胶囊混悬液灌胃。取大鼠肺组织Western blot法检测AngⅡ、AT1R的的表达。结果模型组合干预组大鼠第16天时,AngⅡ和AT1R明显少于正常组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);第46天时,与正常组比较,模型组大鼠肺组织AngⅡ表达减少,AT1R表达也减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与模型组比较,干预组大鼠肺组织AngⅡ和AT1R表达较多,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),干预组第46天AngⅡ明显增高,与16天干预组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肾阳虚大鼠体内血液循环相关因子AngⅡ、AT1R受到影响,右归胶囊可以通过增加模型大鼠肺组织AngⅡ和AT1R的表达,从而缓解肾阳虚对"肺朝百脉"的影响。
