<正>系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)是一种常见的慢性的自身免疫系统疾病，主要是由于自身多种抗体和抗原形成免疫复合物沉积在组织和器官，从而损伤组织和器官[1]，肺是比较常见的被损伤的器官，肺损害发病率可高达50%～70%[2]，而肺损害中间质性肺炎的发病率有1%～15%[3]，根据全国2005年—2014年多中心研究显示系统性红斑狼疮继发间质性肺炎的死亡率有13.1%[4]。因此关于系统性红斑狼疮继发间质性肺炎的治疗已经提到一个非常重要的地位。
