<正>炎症反应是机体为响应感染或损伤刺激而产生的免疫应答反应,在保护机体的同时也会实质性地损伤正常细胞[1]。肝脏是人体的免疫及解毒器官,在生理状态下接收来自肠道和血液中的外来分子,并维持低限度免疫反应防止病原体侵入;当病原体浓度或菌群环境发生变化时,肝脏会激发强烈的炎症反应响应病原变化,并伴随产生如氧化应激[2]、细胞自噬[3]、焦亡[4]、铁死亡[5]等一系列病理反应,引起大量肝细胞变性、坏死,导致肝脏损伤。
