摘要:

<正>抑郁症(MDD)是一种常见的心境障碍类疾病,临床表现为快感缺乏,食欲不振,精力下降或疲劳,甚者出现自杀行为[1]。MDD被广泛认为是最具紧迫性的精神健康问题之一[2],预计到2030年将成为全球疾病负担的首位[3]。作为一种难治愈性疾病,MDD极大降低了患者的生命体验,给医疗保健成本、社会生产力造成了巨大负担[4]。现行西医诊疗体系虽通过抗抑郁药物、物理调控及认知行为疗法等手段取得部分疗效,但仍面临治疗效果延迟、成本较高,长期用药依从性差等瓶颈[5]。亟待多维度诊疗体系的突破。
